Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Avena. Below you'll find the details on how we handle every order, from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives at your door.


Order Timeline
We aim to get every package out the door promptly. Here is what your order journey looks like:

Daily order cutoff. Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST are queued for processing the same business day. Anything submitted after that window rolls over to the following business day, meaning preparation begins within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Preparation window. Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed before 11:00 AM EST, or the next business day if placed after. Please note that we do not process or ship on weekends.

Transit window. After dispatch, expect 6 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday) for the package to reach your address.

Combined delivery estimate. From checkout to doorstep, most customers receive their order within 6 to 11 business days, excluding weekends.

Please treat these windows as estimates rather than guarantees. Weather events, carrier backlogs, and high-volume retail periods (such as holidays) can occasionally stretch delivery times slightly.

Subscription Shipments
If you're enrolled in a Avena subscription, your renewal orders follow the same shipping timeline outlined above. Once your renewal is processed, the order enters our standard preparation window and ships within 6 to 11 business days of the renewal date, excluding weekends.

Renewal date awareness. Your renewal date determines when the next shipment is prepared. If you'd like to adjust the timing of an upcoming shipment, please contact us at info@myavena.shop before your renewal date. Full details on managing your subscription are available in our Terms of Service.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your shipment will be delayed until payment is successfully collected. We'll reach out by email if there's an issue with your payment method.

Shipping Partner
Every Avena shipment moves through USPS (United States Postal Service), which handles both fulfillment routing and final-mile delivery.

Shipping Fees
There aren't any. All U.S. orders ship at no cost to you, with no order minimum required to qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Problems
Things occasionally go sideways in transit. If your shipment appears stuck, hasn't arrived in the expected window, or shows any other irregularity, reach out to our support team. We'll open a case directly with USPS and work the issue until it's resolved.

Tracking Your Package
A tracking number is automatically emailed to you the moment your order leaves our facility. You can use that number to check status updates at any point through our tracking portal.
